30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as receivedΒ

Unused, uninstalled, and in original packagingΒ

All accessories, components, and manuals must be includedΒ

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Upon receipt of the product, please refrain from damaging the packaging directly and retain all packaging materials for 7-15 days to facilitate subsequent returns and exchanges.

If the packaging is damaged, IMBODY will not be responsible for any packaging costs incurred due to subsequent returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Product malfunction or damage caused by violation of the product manual, unauthorized use, or modification.

Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning after the product has been signed for.

Damage occurring during transportation without valid proof of shipping damage.
