IMBODY Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as receivedΒ 

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in original packagingΒ 

  • All accessories, components, and manuals must be includedΒ 

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Upon receipt of the product, please refrain from damaging the packaging directly and retain all packaging materials for 7-15 days to facilitate subsequent returns and exchanges.

  • If the packaging is damaged, IMBODY will not be responsible for any packaging costs incurred due to subsequent returns.

Return requests must be approved before shipping.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Return Shipping Fees

  • For non-quality related returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costsΒ 

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, IMBODY will cover return shippingΒ 

⚠️ For large fitness equipment (such as smart fitness mirrors), return shipping may be significant due to size and weight

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • DamagedΒ 

  • DefectiveΒ 

  • IncorrectΒ 

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or videosΒ 

  • Order numberΒ 

We will evaluate and provide a resolution (replacement, repair, or refund)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Product malfunction or damage caused by violation of the product manual, unauthorized use, or modification.

  • Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning after the product has been signed for.

  • Damage occurring during transportation without valid proof of shipping damage.

  • Customized or personalized products made according to the customer’s request.

  • Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase, or providing forged or altered documents.

  • The returned product’s serial number does not match the original product's, or product labels, serial numbers, or watermarks have been tampered with or falsified.

  • The returned product does not match the original order (e.g., different model or configuration).

  • Any other conditions that affect the product’s integrity and resale value.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different product:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)Β 

  2. Place a new order after return approvalΒ

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval statusΒ 

  • If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment methodΒ 

Processing time:

  • Refund issued within 5–10 business days after approvalΒ 

  • Bank/credit card processing may take additional timeΒ
