Order Processing

All IMBODY orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmationΒ 

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business dayΒ 

  • For high-value or large-item orders, additional verification may be required before shipmentΒ 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping Regions

IMBODY currently ships within Canada only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and nature of our products.

Due to the size and weight of IMBODY smart fitness equipment, shipping is handled via freight carriers.

For select orders, IMBODY may offer White Glove Delivery Service, which can include:

  • Room-of-choice placementΒ
